 9.0Verificata Liebevoll gestaltet und perfekt in die Natur integriert

☺Wir sind für einen Kurztrip von Palermo nach Syrakus gefahren und in dieser tollen Unterkunft  gelandet. Ein Bauermhof, eingebettet in eine riesige Orangenplantage sehr traditionell und liebevoll gestaltet. Natur, Pflanzen und Tiere dominieren die weitläufige Anlage. Das Personal ist super freundlich, das Frühstück war sehr lecker und mit vielen frischen Zutaten versehen. Das Zimmer war funktional, sauber und großzügig. Der Pool ist zwar nicht sehr groß, dafür mitten in der Natur eingebettet. Mit dem Auto ist man in 15 Minuten im Zentrum von Syrakus. In der Nebensaison war in der Anlage wenig los, daher hatten wir auch ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis.

☹Leider war während unseres Aufenthaltes gerade Moskitosaison und wir sind ziemlich zerstochen worden, da kann der Betreiber aber nichts dafür.

Tout y est , la campagne , des villas bien équipées , disséminées dans un parc …des tables, des chaises partout ,  des animaux , une petite piscine. De plus , très belle demeure !

☺Une oasis de verdure dans ce merveilleux jardin au milieu des orangers. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est varié et copieux. Le personnel de la réception est très à l’écoute.

☹Trouver l’établissement à la nuit tombée s’est avéré un peu compliqué, mais la personne de la réception a été très patiente et nous a bien assisté pour arriver à bon port !😁

☺Absolutely loved our stay here, being amongst the citrus grove felt like being on a tropical resort, beautiful nature and greenery everywhere. The outdoor breakfast was lovely, and the room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and recommended some good spots to visit and eat.

 10.0Verificata ☺Fajne miejsce w pobliżu Syrakuz. Obiekt rozległy., pokoje niezbyt duże ale wystarczające na krótki pobyt. Śniadanie bardzo dobre, różnorodne, możliwość wyboru zarówno na słodko jak wytrawnie. Na terenie obiektu nie ma restauracji natomiast obsługa poleca restauracje zarówno w pobliżu jak i w Ortygii.

Zimmer Bett und Frühstück prima.Toller Garten und Liegen/Poolbereich.

☹Die Zimmer sind leider sehr hellhörig, man sollte Oropax dabei haben. (hatten wir😁)

☺Das Hotel liegt unmittelbar gegenüber des Strands -wir konnten direkt auf das Meer schauen. Die Vermieter waren äußerst sympathische junge Menschen, die uns in jeder Hinsicht unterstützen und uns freundlich aufnahmen. Als Kostenloses Upgrade erhielten wir ein Appartement mit 2 Bädern und 2 Schlafzimmern. Die Einrichtung der Küche war perfekt/ es fehlte einfach an Nichts!!Waschmaschine und mehrere große Kühlschränke, alles stand zur freien  Verfügung. Ganz toll- wir kommen gern wieder.

Le petit déjeuner buffet est très bien et généreux.
La chambre est grande et confortable.

☺La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli! È un posto incantevole e rilassante dove trascorrere le vacanze, nei dintorni c’è la spiaggia di fontane bianche (che ahimè non era come nelle foto nel periodo in cui ci sono stata io data la perturbazione) distante 10 minuti in moto! Nella struttura c’è una piscina piccola ma essenziale, un tavolo da Ping pong e tantissimo spazio verde con delle amache, sdraio e sedie su cui godere del fresco degli alberi. C’è anche un asinello!! Stupendo. La colazione è varia, dolce e salato, per tutti i gusti! Le camere pulite e ben arredate, in stile col posto. All’ingresso del luogo c’è un percorso per passeggiare nella natura , purtroppo avendo soggiornato poco non abbiamo potuto farlo ma spero di ritornarci! Appena arrivati alla reception ci ha accolto una ragazza molto gentile che ci ha spiegato tutto quel che nei dintorni c’era da fare, fornendoci una mappa del luogo e ci è stata utilissima. Tutto il personale è gentilissimo, al check out abbiamo chiesto di anticipare la colazione di mezz’ora e lo staff ci ha dato disponibilità! Consiglio questo struttura, assolutamente 11 stelle⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

☺The breakfast was delicious, it included many local fresh products. The staff is super friendly and gives very good recommendations to visit Siracusa and the surroundings. The agriturismo is a beautifully renovated farm surrounded by nature. Beautiful beaches are 20 minutes away.

 9.0Verificata ☺Sublime propriété au milieu des citronniers. Les bâtiments sont magnifiques et la décoration en adéquation avec l'esprit du lieu.
Jardins avec de nombreux transats, poufs et tables de jardin.
Des animaux (cheval, ânes, chèvres, poules, chiens, chats, etc) pour le bonheur des enfants
Chambre/maison très spacieuse.
Piscine, très petite certes, mais elle a le mérite d'exister ce qui est appréciable en été.
Accueil à l'arrivée avec explications sur le domaine et conseils sur Syracuse. Personnel très souriant et agréable.
On rejoint le centre de Syracuse très rapidement. Avoir une propriété aussi grande et calme aux portes de la ville est exceptionnel.

☹Facturation de 15€/nuit pour un lit bébé. Franchement exagéré.
Attention, logement non adapté pour de jeunes enfants (rembarde de l'étage très dangereuse) ou alors il faut les laisser au RDC.
La salle de bains gagnerait à être mieux entretenue (joints noircis, odeur d'égouts)

☺Non posso che dare il massimo per una serie di motivi
La location è posizionata in maniera strategica che che consente di raggiungere facilmente ogni attrattiva pur rimanendo in un luogo riservato arioso, ventilato e pieno di verde
Il personale merita una menzione particolare per la cura e la gentilezza con cui trattano il cliente e lo fanno con estrema naturalezza!
Si sta a casa con i confort di un resort di livello
La stanza e il contesto è molto rurale ma ricercato
La presenza di vulcano (il micetto monello) e Margot la cagnetta padrona di casa hanno aggiunto un altro punto di gradimento 
La colazione poi con le torte espresse del proprietario è la giusta conclusione di un soggiorno estremamente piacevole e suggestivo 
Se dovessi tornare da queste parti non avrei dubbi su dove alloggiare
Chiaramente stanze con aria condizionata e zanzariere con la disponibilità di un tavolino esterno per il relax di fine giornata

☺We initially had to cancel as surgery for our dog was cancelled due to Mt. Etna, we asked if we could reschedule even though we had already paid, it was last minute & high season refund or reschedule and they said no problem.  Once we rescheduled they even reached out a few times to see how it was going.  Those actions alone set them apart from just a hotel to a place that gives a personal touch.  Such a peaceful place We only were there 1 day after our dog had surgery so weren’t able to utilize the pool area but the place is filled is exactly what you would hope to see in the Italian countryside.  Its filled with antiques, grounds are very clean and green and the staff is amazing.  Rooms were surprisingly cool without the air conditioner, soft beds and antique decor.  Nice  place to relax, unwind and Explorer the area which happens to be along a nature trail.   Breakfast was minimal but sufficient, not packaged but fresh with a variety of choices.  If I am ever in the area again, I would stay here.

The Villa dei Papieri is a wonderful place; the people who welcomed us were lovely, and the facilities were great for everything. We stayed three hours longer than planned and there were no issues at the swimming pool. It’s a tiny little gem – absolutely charming – and Superw was incredibly hospitable; the breakfast was exceptional, and it’s a place I’d highly recommend. Rooms were most comfortable and cool. ☹Soggiorno molto deludente. La camera era sporca: busta usata nell’armadio, polvere, anta della doccia rotta e bagno con pavimento macchiato e senza bidet. Il bagno era per disabili pur non avendolo richiesto.

☺The atmosphere is amazing, and everything feels very well balanced. The property is spacious and beautifully maintained, and the breakfasts were delicious and filling. The hosts are incredibly warm and welcoming.

La struttura, caratterizzata da ampi spazi interni ed esterni, è curata nei minimi dettagli. Pulizia, silenzio e ordine regnano sovrani, creando un ambiente piacevole, accogliente e rilassante.
Colazioni ottime e abbondanti erano incluse nel prezzo e lo staff e’ stato sempre molto gentile, accogliente e disponibile!

☺En lille perle omgivet af en masse forskellige frugttræer. Man ville kunne gå på opdagelse i timer, bare på grunden. Poolen ligger forbrug selv med udsigt over naturen. Der er æsler, heste, hunde og katte. Der er bordtennisbord. Der er virkelig smukt og meget autentisk.

 9.0Verificata An idyllic agri-rural retreat, a perfect base for exploring from, or just sunning by the pool.

☺You need a car to maximise the location but as an Agri-Toruism setting hopefully that's obvious. Plenty of safe parking down a 100m driveway close to the rooms.  Rooms & buildings are spread out around the main property. The rooms were quiet, clean in a beautiful rural setting. June, flowers in full bloom all around, simply stunning! 2 fridges in our room for cold drinks, fruits etc as obviously June 30°C temperatures. Air-con works. The property is expansive with pathways throughout. Lots of little hideaways and a small pool located a short 3min walk from the main property in a serene and quiet area. Birds flock and lizards skuttle around the paths & walls. B'fast buffet-style good. Plenty of tables, chairs, bean bags outside rooms to lunge around, have b'fast outside listening to the chitter-chatter of the birds, bats flying at night shrilling. A quiet, rural retreat. It's ideal as a base to explore the region or not? ;) Syracuse is 12mins drive.
Arenella Beach our recommendation, crystal waters (25Euro for 2 lounges+Umbrella 5m from the sea, shaded parking - go early)
The staff couldn't be more helpful with advice for restaurants, beaches, places to see etc. - a shout out to the farm maintenance guy who pumped my deflated tyre using a hand-pump in 32°C! And for letting us feed the donkeys and horses

☹Air-con in our room - airflow was directed at the bed, so not practical to use at night, a minor inconvenience. We left windows open for air-flow (all windows with screens to keep 'mozzies' out).

☺There aren’t enough words to thank the incredible staff at Villa Dei Papiri Fonte Ciane. During our stay, one of my relatives experienced a sudden health emergency, and the staff responded with such promptness and genuine care that we will never forget it. They assisted us throughout a very difficult moment, and their support made all the difference.

Beyond that, the accommodation itself is truly lovely … a true Sicilian experience! Rooms were cosy, beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed their delicious breakfast each morning.

☺De locatie is zo ontzettend mooi aangelegd, prachtige bloeiende planten, struiken en bomen overal. De fotos die zijn geplaatst bij booking.com geven een goed beeld van hoe het eruit ziet. Het terrein is zeer uitgebreid, je kijkt je ogen uit. De vogels die vrolijk tjilpen en zingen maken het helemaal compleet. We hebben ons hier heel fijn gevoeld. De eigenaren en het personeel zijn ontzettend aardig, je voelt je echt welkom hier. Zoek je rust en wil je genieten van het echte Italiaanse buitenleven, kom dan zeker hier naartoe.

We mentioned that we would love to do a barbecue, but the barbecue for guests was not operational, so they offered their staff area and gas barbecue and provided us with utensils, plates, bbq tools etc.  Nothing was too much trouble.

Die Anlage selber verfügt über Sitzplätze im Außenbereich. Auch ein Pool ist verfügbar. In mitten von Oliven und Orangenbäumen lässt s sich wunderbar erholen. Frühstück gibt es vor Ort. Syrakus ist mit Auto nur 10 Minuten entfernt.
Der Service war richtig gut. Wir wurden sehr lieb empfangen. Tipps für Ausflüge bekamen wir auch. Macht bitte weiter so.

 9.0Verificata Wir hatten eine wunderschöne und erholsame Zeit!

☺Der Agriturismo ist eine traumhaft schön und liebevoll angelegte Anlage am Rand eines kleinen Naturschutzgebietes. Aufgrund der ruhigen Lage benötigt man zwingend ein Auto um abends essen zu gehen! Parkplätze sind direkt an den kleinen Häuschen ausreichend vorhanden. Siracusa erreicht man in ca. 20 Minuten.
Das Frühstück (ganz wunderbarer frischer Ricotta!) kann man unter Palmen an hübschen Tischen draußen einnehmen.
Den Pool haben wir nicht getestet; aber es gab ausreichend Liegemöglichkeiten dort und es sah gemütlich aus.

☹In ,unserem` Häuschen müsste dringend mal das Bad erneuert werden.

La cura e la bellezza degli arredi interni ed esterni.
Giardini e campagna curatissimi.
I dintorni del parco sono molto ben curati ed accessibili con la possibilità di fare una bella passeggiata in mezzo agli aranceti, limoneti e ulivi fino alle saline di Siracusa.
Posto nelle campagne di Siracusa, a pochi km dalla città si raggiunge tramite una strada provinciale non all'altezza del resort.

☺Lovely quiet spot. If you want to be close to the big city but not in it, this place is perfect. The rooms had kitchens and were stocked - helpful with children. Breakfast was great! Staff was so kind and generous.

☺Locatie was prachtig , zeer vriendelijk personeel, schone kamer en heerlijk ontbijt. Zitje direct bij de kamer en ook mogelijkheid om frisdrank en wijn/bier bij de locatie te kopen.

☺Stunning place in a countryside area outside of the noise and chaos of Siracusa. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly and helpful.

Le cadre est magnifique, le petit déj excellentissime (que dire aussi quand un paon vient vous dire bonjour le matin ?l Prenez vraiment l'option petit déj !
La piscine hors sol un peu à l'écart dans la nature est juste un régal après une journée d'excursion sous le soleil.
On recommande les yeux fermés.

☺Wij hadden ‘last minute’ geboekt en waren aangenaam verrast. Het landgoed is prachtig, ruim opgezet, de kamers heel verzorgd met een persoonlijke touch, het ontbijt voortreffelijk en last but not least het personeel was heel lief en service gericht. Wij wilden graag upgraden en dat ging probleemloos. Mooie wandelingen gemaakt in de ongerepte natuur rondom, maar we waren ook binnen 20 autominuten op het strand en in het prachtige Syracuse.

☺Le domaine est magnifique. Le personnel est à l'écoute et chaleureux (avec une dame qui parlait français, le petit plus inattendu). Le logement est spacieux avec de nombreuses possibilités de couchages. Très propre.

☹Seul bémol, la taille de la piscine. Mais elle a le mérite d'exister :)
Le petit déjeuner sans plus mais avec du choix varié.

☺The property is stunning all around. Gorgeous grounds, beautiful buildings, rooms, decor. Love the cute pool. Beds were comfortable, good wifi, everything was great. We do wish that breakfast had some hot food (like scrambled eggs, not just hard boiled every day) and a bit of variety would have been good. Coffee was good and the breakfast cakes were delicious. Also would have been amazing to have a restaurant on site, but it doesn't. However the drive into town is only about 15-20 min and there are tons of restaurants in Siracusa. Overall, we loved the accommodation and felt very relaxed here. Would recommend!

Abbiamo soggiornato io e la mia famiglia, 3 persone , per 12 notti, in una camra meravigliosa, da 5 persone ad uso 3, con grande stanza da letto sul soppalco ed un altro letto divano e grande armadio,inoltre altri 2 posti a piano terra. Il quale comprendeva un tavolo x 6, angolo cottura e bagno molto grande. Zona esterna ad uso esclusivo con tavolo grande, sedie, cuscinoni e lettini. La parte dell'agriturismo circostante è talmente bella da togliere il fiato, agrumeti e olivi, fiori e piante. Passando al servizio al quale dedico una menzione superiore, gentile,  cordiale, impeccabile e sorridente e tanti consigli che seguiti, che, pedissequamente ci hanno fatto passare una vacanza TOP. Grazie a Carlotta, Tamara e Salvatore, Elena e Aurora veramente di cuore. Torneremo sicuramente

☺The location is nice and a bit away from the Siracuse city centre. If you want peace and quiet, this is the location - you do not a car to drive to the centre. The hosts are really nice. All-in-all a good experience.

È un luogo, magico, immerso nella storia e nella natura, a pochi minuti da quel merletto che è Siracusa. La gestione e il proprietario sono simpatissimi ed estremamente professionali, pronti a darci consigli e validissime indicazioni per qualunque nostra esigenza.

☺Sehr schöne Umgebung im Naturschutzgebiet mit kurzer Distanz nach Siracusa. Gepflegte Gartenanlage mit schönen Pflanzen und Tieren. Sehr geschmackvoll und edel eingerichtete Gästeraum für Frühstück. Unser Zimmer war klein aber geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Frückstücksbuffet reichhaltig. Der Pool ist klein aber in idyllischer Umgebung.

 9.0Verificata ☺Wunderschönes, gepflegtes, sauberes Agriturismo in ruhiger Lage. Mit dem Auto ca 15 Min bis Syrakus.
Zimmer sind stilvoll mit alten Möbeln eingerichtet.
Man fühlt sich sehr wohl.
Zum typisch, italienischen Frühstück wurde auch selbstgemachter Kuchen serviert. Unbedingt den Ricottakuchen probieren.
